Come to the Vortex Cabaret

The Vortex Cabaret is a series of biweekly variety shows at the Boiler, 11 Grove Street. They feature an eclectic mix of entertainment, drawn from the bleeding edge of the performing arts community in Asheville. It is hosted by the Rev. Johnny Lemuria, host of URTV's the Pleasure Saucer.
The next Vortex Cabaret is this Wednesday, June 3rd, at 10 PM. It features stand-up comedy by Jack Eagan, Valerie of the Hellblinki Sextet, the sexy song-and-dance of Spycey Spyce, and Asheville's own premiere bellydance troupe, Baraka Mundi. Admission is only $5.
