The annual Day in the Life of Asheville photo project is entering its third year. My fellow photogs are gearing up to get it organized while I'm trying to step back a little this year. The meeting is 2:30 p.m. on March 7 at Asheville Pizza on Coxe Ave.
Last year, we had 80 photographers participate and shoot some amazing shots. If you'll recall, Citizen Camera was a part of the effort and perhaps the biggest hit. We put out about a dozen disposable cameras and asked people to take photos of themselves.
This year's going to be bigger and better than ever, and anyone interested is invited to come out, drink a beer, talk photo stuff and join in. Great people. Great fun.
