FREE Reusable Grocery Bags At Your Local Library (????)

According to the C-T, Buncombe county is giving away reusable grocery bags in an effort to cut down on litter and the amount of waste going into the landfill.

Reusable cloth grocery bags are free to the public at Buncombe county branch libraries, one per person while supplies last. Additional bags are $1 each.

When I went by my West Asheville branch I was told this promo is 3 weeks old -- all the branches sold/gave away all their bags in 2 days.

I suggest calling your branch for details.
