Southern thunder

The monster truck show at the WNC Ag Center Saturday kicked ass. If you haven't been, you're missing out. The show had a little bit of everything, from the the giant, 2,000-horsepower trucks to four-wheel ATVs to the trucks of the drinking man in Canton, called "rough trucks," because anyone could bring any kind of truck out and drive it around the arena course. There was even an intergallactic transformer truck, sent from the universe's fringes to protect us lowly humans from evil-doers. The show was great, and those who came out were not disappointed.
