A chocolate fetish

The smacking of lips. The sucking of fingers. People putting sweet things in other people's mouths. And o the moans. The lingering, gutteral sounds of satisfaction. Ain't a love affair grand?

And there's no doubt - people love their chocolate, as we saw at the Chocolate Festival, held at the Grove Arcade in downtown Ashvegas on Saturday. Here's what the press release said:

"Grove Arcade merchants are coming together to support the festival and to raise funds for the Buncombe County Medical Society's Project Access. Anntony’s will be serving up chocolate martinis, the Grove Corner Market will be featuring wines that pair well with chocolate as well as chocolate beer, Pie in the Sky will offer pecan pie with chocolate ganache, Kamm’s will be dishing up chocolate custard and, while not edible, Bath Junkie will be creating delicious custom chocolate bath products. Other products and vendors include chocolate crepes from Café Soleil’s catering, chocolate mousse and fondue from Bouchon, chocolate covered strawberries from Mayfel’s, chocolate animals from the Paris Bakery and chocolate creations from the Hop. The Southside Café and Old Europe are donating cakes and truffles. People’s Choice awards will be presented for Best Dessert and Best Booth."
