I've been promised faxes, phone calls etc etc and they have never once been produced, at least by the folks at the 888 number. <BR/><BR/>I have had interactions with Rozland Edgerton, though, and unlike others she actually got things accomplished. She even followed up with a phone call to make sure they'd been accomplished -- I almost fainted when I got that kind of service from a Charter employee! If you don't get the promised results from Bertha I'd call Rozland....or buy a voodoo doll and name it Neil. ;-)<BR/><BR/>I'd still send your complaint to the head honchos at Charter with copies to the commissioners. If we don't complain to the people who have power to make change then nothing will change. OF COURSE, we have heard this BEFORE. So, we shall see - and she's supposed to fax me a statement from Charter enumerating that I do not, in fact, owe them any money, that I'm a customer in good standing and that they're giving me the introductory rate for an extra 3 months.
