Dull City

I luv you guys! I do.

And this bloggie has been rather dull of late.

I will accept much blame for not posting, or posting dully, myself.

But, I think it's time to get the party going.

Yesterday, I was furiously writing my next novel, which stars Blogasheville. Yep, this blog and some of you (fictionalized heavily) will be in the book.

So, here's what we're doing on Blogasheville in my novel (which, and you heard it first here is tentatively titled: Secrets in Cyberspace: An Edgy Mama Mystery).

Here's what we're doing today. You, bloggers and readers alike, are answering this question:

What's your PostSecret secret? Anonymous responses welcome.

Answer. NOW.

Very cool, EM--a mystery novel. Can I be a butler in the Green Room with a candlestick? By PostSecret, do you mean this?

i don't really have too many secrets, and the ones i do have i couldn't give away.

Yes, CJ! If you were going to send a postcard to PostSecret, what would it say?

That's why you do it anonymously, Syn!

Come on, folks, play!

Are you kidding? That sucks!

O well, I tried to stir the big, black pot.

Here's one that I will publically admit to:
I have, on multiple occasions, taken 13 or 14 doughnuts while only declareing and paying for a dozen.

If Bob Ingle happens to read this please note that I am sticking it to you. Ha! take that!

Thanks, Shad! Well done!

I'm trying to think of one I can publicly admit to.

How's this?

I often fantasize about ramming the vehicles of people who cut me off in traffic. But I love my car too much.

Hey Edgy,

This blog doesn't allow anonymous comments. It's going to be hard to get the dirt.

Here's one though - I used to be quite a getabout.

My PostSecret: I'm not sure which would shock my Southern Baptist parents more: the fact that I'm gay, or the fact that I'm agnostic.

Syntax pretty much says it all. Some secrets I hold to my vest; the rest is common knowledge.

Oh, oh...here's one I'll cop to: I sometimes dye my hair. Ha! Me and millions of others!

Great idea for a book, EM. Oh, do you have a van with Edgy Mama on the front tag? If that's you I saw you leaving Bruegger's last Thursday morning. I was in a red VW Rabbit convertible.
